THERE ARE two ways to participate as a vendor:

 

Consignment in the Show & Tell pop up Shop

We have TWO pop up shop opportunities:

  • Archetype North for two sessions: Nov 26-Dec 5 + Dec 18-24

  • Rabbit Rabbit: Dec 4-19

    • We will have a large tent enclosed with sidewalls, one wall will roll up during our open hours and rolled down when closed. Items will be left inside the tent overnight. For security, the venue is fenced all the way around and locked.

  • There are no booths!

  • Items will be left with the Show & Tell team and we’ll transform our spaces into a full-service retail shop. Items delivered (mail or drop off) on Nov 22 or Dec 3

  • Any unsold items will be returned to the vendor. Pick up Jan 3

  • Consignment model: 50/50 split

  • We're asking for 20-100 items and a simple inventory list

  • Items need to be tagged with your Vendor ID & price

  • Show & Tell will report sales tax and absorb merchant and shop fees

  • Checks will be mailed on or before January 10, 2022

 

10'x10' Vendor Booth at the holly jolly market

The outdoor Market area will be open on Saturdays & Sundays from 12-5pm at the Holly Jolly Market at Rabbit Rabbit in Downtown, Asheville starting December 4 through December 19.

  • There are 18 booth spaces.

  • Each space will have a 10’x10’ high-peak tent already set up and weighted with four sidewalls (one that will roll up during open hours) and a simple overhead light inside.

  • The space is completely empty except for the above mentioned; vendors are responsible for providing the rest of their display: tables, chairs, tablecloths, racks, etc.

  • Electricity and wi-fi will NOT be available for vendors

  • Daily Booth Fee: $125 per booth space or $150 to share a booth.

  • Vendors have the opportunity to vend for two-consecutive days in a weekend and leave their items inside their tent. For security, the venue is fenced all the way around and locked.

  • Please, do not break down early; you are expected to remain set up until 5pm

  • We have an extremely small staff; it is your responsibility to haul your belongings (approx 250ft) and to set up & break down your display (we recommend you bring a dolly/hand truck)

  • Payment of Vendor Booth is due upon acceptance.

 

CAN I DO BOTH?

Yes! We’d love to consider you for both a Consignment & Market Vendor. Please indicate this in your application.

All notifications on applications received will begin starting November 17th.
